Are chemicals really included?
Yes — chlorine, acid, and routine balancing chemicals are included in every plan. Specialty treatments like phosphate remover or a green-pool recovery are quoted upfront.
My pool is green right now. Can you help?
Absolutely. Most green pools are swim-ready within 48–72 hours with a recovery treatment. We'll quote it after your startup visit, then roll you onto a weekly plan.
Do I need to be home?
No. We just need gate access and any pets kept inside. You'll get a text and photo report when we finish.
What about storms and leaf season?
Full Service+ includes priority storm cleanups. On other plans, extra debris visits are available at a flat rate.
Can I pause service in winter?
Yes. Most customers switch to biweekly chemistry-only visits in the off-season at a reduced rate. Prepaid season plans run April through October.
